Egg Grading: what really matters for each business

Yamasa publishes in Revista do Ovo - Special Automation Ed. 60, December/2020

As in the September/2020 Edition of Revista do Avisite, in December/2020 YAMASA repeated its partnership with Mundo Agro Editora, Revista do Ovo, and published a new article entitled “ Egg Grading: What Really Matters for Each Business”.

The highlight of the article is that “Transformation, innovation and technology involve people, and more importantly than to offer the latest technology, it’s to offer what is most convenient for each business.”

“The speed and level of performance obtained with the new technologies are already incompatible with manual processing. Well-managed automation guarantees productive consistency, process efficiency and the expected results.”, says Marcio Seike, Yamasa engineer.

“Efforts in research and development are constant. Our goal is the constructive and layout evolution of the equipment, without losing simplicity, practicality and ease of maintenance.”, says Andre Mirandola, engineer at Yamasa.

“Yamasa keeps a close eye on technological advances to incorporate into its innovations. But the human relationship remains more important. Knowing how to identify the investment with the best cost-benefit ratio for each client is paramount.”, says Nelson Yamasaki, President of Yamasa.
